Is there a way to add officers to a guild so more than one person can add folks to the guild?

Only leaders can make officers. << Nevermind...I was mistaken.

Press G. Click on the little head figure next to their name and make them an officer.

I believe any existing Officer can promote other Members to Officer status as well, but the Guild Leader has to promote the first one. Also, only the Guild Leader can demote an Officer (unless an Officer steps down on their own).
